IOT is a German spin-off company from the Leibniz Institute for Surface Modification (IOM) located in famous Leipzig Science Park Germany. IOT was founded in 1998 and is a world leading company for Excimer matting systems. Our Business Segments are UV-Systems (PAC, EXCIRAD172 and DIRECTCURE), Plasma and ION Beam Technology and Silanization of Corundum.
